PEC Quartet Giveaway 2020

On December 1st to 4th, 2020 the biannual Wind Energy Hamburg goes digital! Unfortunately, this year we cannot take part as an exhibitor, but because we always take delight in this big event, we would like to enliven the joy by hosting a giveaway! Read further for the terms and conditions of the giveaway.

The following terms and conditions apply to our giveaway titled “PEC Quartet Giveaway 2020”

1. No purchase necessary. You do not have to be our customer to enter the giveaway!
2. Giveaway schedule: The giveaway will take place on the days of Wind Energy Hamburg 2020 (December 1st – 4th, 2020). The last riddle will run until the day after, on December 5th, 2020, at 9am CET.
3. Eligibility: Everyone except the employees of P. E. Concepts GmbH (further as PEC) is eligible to take part and ultimately win the prize.
4. Prize: We are giving away four (4) PEC quartets as prizes. One (1) winner will be picked from each riddle and each winner will receive one (1) quartet by post. We will also ship internationally, if the winner resides outside Germany.
5. How to enter: On each day of the exhibition at around 9am CET, we will post a riddle on our LinkedIn page. Give your answer in the comment section of the riddle post on LinkedIn. The riddle runs for 24 hours. After the riddle is closed, we will take a screenshot of the comment section with a time stamp on our computer and delete it 14 days after the giveaway winner announcement.
6. Winner selection: The winners will be chosen at random by the social media team after each riddle is closed. In case there is a specific correct answer to the riddle, only those who answer correctly are included in the draw pot.
7. Winner notification: The winners will be notified via LinkedIn private message by our social media team and receive further details to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed by December 21st, 2020, the claim expires and the prize will not be shipped to the winner.
8. Privacy: During the giveaway, a screenshot of the comment section of each riddle will be taken after the riddle is closed. This will be deleted 14 days after the giveaway winner announcement. The winners will need to give their address to claim their prize via e-mail. This information will be deleted from our database 14 days after the prize is shipped to the winner. By entering the giveaway, you confirm that we may publish your name on our LinkedIn page and our website in case you are one of the winners.
9. Limitation of liability: Any loss or damage during the shipping is not in our responsibility.
10. Social network disclaimers: We are not affiliated with LinkedIn in any way for this giveaway.
11. Winner announcement: The winners will be announced on Monday, December 7th, 2020, on our LinkedIn page and our website.
12. Giveaway host: PEC is the sole host of this giveaway.
